How do I know if my AcneStar Gel is genuine and not refilled?
A genuine imported AcneStar Gel tube arrives sealed with clear markings and a tamper-evident band around the cap. The packaging should show sharp printing, correct spelling of all text, and the batch code clearly embossed on the tube base. If the seal is loose, the printing looks blurry, or the tube feels lightweight when you open it, the product may have been refilled locally and you should contact the seller immediately.
What is the right way to apply this gel and how often should I use it?
Apply a small amount directly to clean, dry skin where you need it, using your fingertip or a clean applicator, and allow it to dry fully before touching your face. Most users apply it once or twice daily depending on their skin's response, starting with the lower frequency if you are new to this type of product. Begin with just a few applications per week to let your skin adjust, then increase gently as you feel comfortable.
What should a first-time user expect when they start using AcneStar Gel?
Your skin may feel slightly tight or dry in the first week as it adapts to the product, which is a normal response. Some users notice mild flaking or slight redness initially, so patience through the first two weeks is important before deciding if it suits you. If any reaction feels severe or uncomfortable, stop using it and seek advice from a healthcare professional.
