How can you tell if your imported chair is genuinely new from the factory?
When you receive a Complete Multifunction Chair (FT-HC03) in Lava Gray from an authorized importer like Furnitex, the packaging itself tells you whether the chair has traveled directly from the Chinese manufacturer or been handled and refilled by someone else. Examine the outer carton for factory seals, pristine printing, and undamaged corners, because a chair that has been opened, reassembled, and repackaged will show signs of rough handling, tape residue, or inconsistent labeling on the box itself.
Inside the carton, all components should arrive wrapped in factory plastic, foam, or protective paper with no loose parts rattling around, and the adjustment mechanisms should move with smooth resistance rather than grinding or catching, which would indicate previous use or poor reassembly by a middleman attempting to resell returned stock as new.
What is the correct way to set up and adjust your new office chair for daily work?
Your Complete Multifunction Chair includes several adjustment points that work together to create a supportive seating position for your body, and you should begin by setting the seat height so that when you sit with your feet flat on the floor, your knees form a ninety-degree angle and your thighs remain parallel to the ground without pressing against the seat edge. The backrest should curve to support the natural hollow of your lower spine, and you can typically adjust its angle and height to match your torso length, ensuring that your shoulders sit relaxed and not hunched forward toward your desk.
Once you have positioned yourself correctly, test each lever and knob by applying slow, steady pressure rather than jerking movements, as the mechanisms are designed for gradual adjustment and will lock firmly once you release control, preventing accidental shifts during your workday and maintaining the posture you have chosen.
How frequently should you use this chair, and what changes might a first-time user notice?
A Complete Multifunction Chair is engineered for full-time office work, meaning you can safely sit in it for eight hours or more per day without the structural components wearing out prematurely, though your own body may need a transition period of one to two weeks if you have previously worked in a chair with poor support or minimal adjustment options. New users often report that after three to five days, their awareness of back tension decreases significantly, and by the second week, they stop thinking about their seating position because the chair has become invisible to their comfort, which is precisely what good ergonomic design accomplishes.
You should not expect dramatic changes on your first day, because your muscles and spine need time to adapt to correct positioning, and any soreness you feel in the first few days typically indicates that postural muscles are strengthening rather than that the chair itself is inadequate for your needs.
What maintenance keeps your Lava Gray chair functioning smoothly over months and years?
The Lava Gray upholstery and plastic components respond well to occasional wiping with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and prevent buildup in the fabric weave, and you should avoid spraying liquid cleaners directly onto the chair, as moisture can seep into the foam padding underneath and promote mildew growth in Bangladesh's humid climate. The adjustment mechanisms—levers, knobs, and height cylinders—require no special lubrication from you, because they are sealed during factory assembly, but you should ensure that they move freely without force and never force a stuck adjustment, as internal components can break if you apply excessive pressure.
Once every few months, check that all visible bolts and connection points remain tight by gently trying to wobble the armrests and backrest, and if you notice any loosening, use the appropriate wrench to snug them down, a simple task that extends the life of your chair significantly.
Why does Furnitex's import process protect the quality you receive in Bangladesh?
When a supplier like Furnitex imports office furniture from China directly to Bangladesh, the chair undergoes inspection before it leaves the factory and again upon arrival at the Bangladeshi warehouse, which means that broken or defective units are identified and replaced before they reach your door, a step that middlemen and informal resellers often skip in their attempts to maximize profit margins. The importer maintains relationships with the Chinese manufacturer, ensuring that replacement parts and support are available if you ever need them, rather than leaving you stranded with an orphaned product that no one in Bangladesh can service or repair.
Direct importation also means the price you see on this page reflects a streamlined supply chain without the markup from multiple traders and resellers, so you are paying fairly for an authentic product with known history rather than gambling on a chair of uncertain origin.
What should you know about delivery and the final cost you will pay?
The price displayed on this product page is the chair's cost at ShampooBD, and your total payment will include this listed price plus a delivery charge, which varies based on your location within Bangladesh and the shipping method you choose at checkout. You will see the delivery fee calculated automatically before you confirm your order, so you can decide whether to proceed with full knowledge of the total amount, and if you select cash on delivery, you will pay the combined total to the courier at your address when the chair arrives.
Your chair will be delivered to your door by a nationwide courier service experienced in handling large furniture items, and the exact timing depends on the distance between the warehouse and your location, but you will receive tracking information so you can monitor progress and plan to be available when it arrives.
