Understanding Your Workstation Office Table for 2 Person: What Makes It Genuine
When you purchase the Workstation Office Table for 2 Person with Front Table (FT-001) in White from ShampooBD, you are receiving a product imported directly from China and brought to you through Furnitex, our trusted supplier. Because office furniture is a significant investment for your workspace, we want to help you identify an authentic unit from the moment it arrives. Genuine Furnitex tables come with clear packaging that displays the model number FT-001, the importer's name Furnitex, and manufacturing batch information printed clearly on the box. The wood or composite materials should feel substantial and uniform in color, with no rough edges or splintering along the seams.
A counterfeit or substandard version may arrive with unclear labeling, mismatched materials, or hardware that does not align properly with pre-drilled holes. Before you begin assembly, inspect all pieces laid out on a clean, flat surface. Check that metal brackets are not rusted or bent, that all screws and bolts are included in the quantity shown on the parts list, and that the table's surface is free from dents, discoloration, or warping. Authentic Furnitex products are built to withstand regular office use for years, so genuine materials will feel heavier and more durable than cheaper imitations.
How to Properly Assemble and Set Up Your Two-Person Workstation
Assembly is straightforward if you follow the instruction manual step by step. Begin by laying both desk surfaces flat on the ground, working on one at a time to avoid confusion. Insert the supporting legs into the pre-drilled holes first, using the provided brackets to secure them from underneath. Do not over-tighten bolts; hand-tighten each one, then use the wrench to give it one final quarter-turn for a secure but not crushing fit. The front table should be attached last, after the two main work surfaces are stable and level.
Once assembled, place your workstation on a level floor before adding any weight. If your office space has an uneven surface, use small shims or leveling feet to ensure the table stands evenly; an uneven table will make your work uncomfortable and may cause hardware to loosen over time. For a two-person setup, divide the workspace thoughtfully so that each person has their monitor, keyboard, and personal items within easy reach. Keep heavy equipment like printers or tower computers closer to the legs for better support distribution.

Caring for Your Office Table to Extend Its Lifespan
Regular maintenance will keep your Workstation Office Table looking new and functioning smoothly for many years. Wipe the white surface weekly with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove dust and prevent buildup. Avoid placing hot cups or plates directly on the surface; always use a coaster or desk pad. Do not use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scrubbers, as these can dull the finish or cause discoloration over time. If liquid spills occur, blot it immediately and dry the area thoroughly to prevent water damage to the wood or composite materials underneath.
Check the bolts and brackets every three months, especially during the first year, as some settling of materials is normal after initial assembly. A simple turn with your wrench ensures everything stays secure without damaging the hardware. If you notice any squeaking or slight movement when you lean on the table, this is usually a sign that one bolt needs tightening. Keep the workspace organized and avoid placing excessive weight on the front table extension, as this section is designed for lighter items like documents and accessories rather than heavy equipment.
Why Choose a Two-Person Workstation Over Individual Desks
A two-person workstation saves floor space while maintaining a collaborative working environment where two people can easily share reference materials, discuss tasks, or monitor the same screen when needed. The FT-001 model's front table feature adds functionality without requiring separate furniture pieces, making it ideal for offices with limited square footage. This design also reduces the cost of purchasing and maintaining two separate desks while providing a cohesive, professional appearance in your workspace.
When both workers sit at the same table, communication becomes more natural and efficient, which can improve productivity in team-based tasks. The white finish complements any office decor style, from modern minimalist to traditional corporate settings. Before ordering, measure your office space carefully and consider the workflow of both people who will use it; if one person typically needs quiet focus time while the other takes calls, you may want to add a small partition or consider your seating arrangement carefully.
