How can I spot a genuine Cien Hand Cream imported from Egypt?

Check that the pack shows clear Egyptian manufacturer details and a batch code printed directly on the tube or box, not stuck on as a label afterward. Real Cien imports have consistent font weight and colour matching throughout, while refilled versions often show uneven printing or faded text where labels have been replaced. Your best safeguard is buying from us—we import directly and each pack arrives sealed in its original carton.

How should I use this hand cream and how often?

Apply a small amount to clean, dry hands and massage gently until fully absorbed; most users apply once or twice daily depending on their skin's needs. First-time users should expect a light, non-greasy feel and may notice softer skin within a few days of regular use. You can apply it after washing your hands or before bed for overnight softening.

What should I expect when I start using this product?

Your hands may feel noticeably smoother and more hydrated after consistent use over one to two weeks. Some users notice improved texture right away, while others see gradual changes; this depends entirely on your skin type and condition. Continue using it regularly for best results, and adjust frequency if your hands feel either too dry or too rich.
