Bar Stool (FT-BL1) Glossy Orange costs ৳5,855 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD. It was previously ৳7,072.
How can I verify this stool is genuinely imported by Furnitex and not a refilled local copy?
When you receive your Bar Stool (FT-BL1) in Glossy Orange, the first thing to examine is the packaging itself, which should bear clear Furnitex branding, batch identification marks, and manufacturing details printed directly onto the box in a professional manner that matches the standards of imported furniture from established distributors in Bangladesh. The stool's metal components will show consistent welding patterns and uniform coating without rough edges, drips, or uneven coloring that often appears on locally refurbished pieces, and the glossy orange finish should be smooth to the touch with no visible patches where paint has been stripped and reapplied to cover wear.
Genuine imported stools from this manufacturer arrive with intact protective wrapping on the seat surface, tamper-evident seals if applicable, and documentation from Furnitex showing the importer's registration details and contact information that you can cross-verify directly with the company if you have concerns about authenticity or wish to register your purchase for any warranty purposes that may apply.
What is the correct way to use this bar stool for the longest lifespan and safest seating?
The Bar Stool (FT-BL1) is designed to support an average adult seated upright at a counter or high dining table, and you should position it on level ground away from uneven floors or carpets that might cause tilting or wobbling that could make the seat less stable over time with repeated use in your kitchen or dining area. When you sit, distribute your weight evenly across the circular seat surface rather than leaning heavily to one side, and avoid standing on the seat itself or using it as a step stool, as this changes the structural forces the frame was engineered to handle and may cause permanent damage to the welds or the metal legs.
Keep the stool away from direct heat sources, prolonged sunlight that may fade the glossy orange coating, and damp environments where moisture could affect the metal components, ensuring that your kitchen humidity levels remain reasonable through proper ventilation so that condensation does not accumulate on the frame during cooking or after washing nearby surfaces with water.
How often should I clean this stool and what materials are safe to use?
You should wipe down the glossy orange seat and any visible metal parts at least once weekly with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap solution, paying attention to corners where dust and kitchen debris tend to collect, and allowing the surface to air dry completely before the stool is used again to prevent moisture from sitting on the finish or the metal frame for extended periods. For spills that occur during daily use—whether from tea, water, or accidental splashes while cooking or eating near a breakfast bar—clean them immediately with a dry cloth first, then follow with the damp cloth method, as prompt attention prevents any liquid from seeping into joints or staining the glossy coating.
Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, scouring pads, or abrasive materials that can scratch or dull the glossy finish and damage the protective coating that gives the orange color its characteristic shine and makes future cleaning easier, and never submerge the stool or spray water directly onto the metal frame or welded joints where moisture might become trapped and eventually lead to corrosion or weakening of the structural integrity that keeps your seating safe.
What should a first-time user expect when receiving and setting up this bar stool?
Upon delivery to your home in Bangladesh, the stool will arrive in a cardboard box with protective padding around the seat and frame, and you should inspect it in the presence of the delivery person to ensure no damage occurred during transit, checking that all legs are straight, the welds appear intact, and the glossy finish shows no cracks, dents, or areas where the paint may have been compromised by rough handling or moisture exposure during shipping to your location. The setup process requires no tools or assembly, as the legs are already permanently attached to the underside of the seat, so you simply need to place the stool upright on your floor, check that it sits level without rocking, and allow a few hours for any protective coatings to fully settle before regular use if the room feels particularly humid or warm.
The glossy orange finish may feel slightly slick the first time you sit on it, which is normal for new imported furniture, and this grip typically improves after a week or two of normal use as the surface becomes very slightly worn in a way that actually enhances stability; if the seat feels too smooth for your comfort, you can place a thin, washable cushion or rubber pad on top to add grip without compromising the stool's appearance or the protective coating underneath.
Who should avoid using this particular bar stool model?
This stool is not suitable for young children who cannot yet sit upright without support or who lack the balance and coordination to maintain a stable seated position on a circular seat without a backrest, as the height and design assume an older child or adult user who can self-correct posture and dismount safely without adult assistance in a busy kitchen environment where other activities may be happening nearby. Similarly, individuals with significant mobility restrictions, balance disorders, or conditions that affect core strength should consult their own judgment about whether a backless, armless stool represents a safe seating choice for their circumstances, as the design prioritizes compactness and ease of storage over ergonomic support features that come with traditional chairs.
If you have any doubts about whether this product suits your household's needs or the specific ages and abilities of the people who will use it, it is far better to choose a different style of seating that offers greater stability and support rather than risk an accident or injury by using a product that may not match your family's requirements.
