How do I spot a genuine imported bottle?

When your XBC Xpel arrives, check that the seal around the cap shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. Authentic imported packs have crisp, clearly printed labels with consistent ink colour and no blurring or misalignment. If the cream inside looks separated, discoloured, or has an unusual texture when you first open it, contact us immediately with photos.

How should I apply this cream and how often?

Apply XBC Xpel Aqueous Cream to clean, dry skin or slightly damp areas after washing for best absorption. Use it daily on arms, legs, hands, and any dry patches—a small amount spreads across large areas since the water-based formula is lightweight. Most first-time users notice the cream absorbs within minutes without leaving greasy marks on clothing or furniture.

How long will one bottle last me?

A single 500ml bottle typically provides four to five months of daily body care for one person, depending on how generously you apply it. During Bangladesh's dry season or in air-conditioned rooms, you may need more frequent application. Store it in a cool cupboard away from direct heat and sunlight, and always seal the cap tightly after use to preserve the formula's quality.

• Water-based formula absorbs quickly without leaving oily or greasy marks on skin.
