Understanding Your Wooden Grain Metal Chair – What Makes It Genuine
When you order the Wooden Grain Metal Chair in Natural Finish with Black Vinyl Seat (FT-WMC01) from ShampooBD, you're receiving an imported piece brought in directly by Furnitex, our trusted supplier. Because this chair is imported from China, it's important to know how to verify you've received a genuine unit. Authentic pieces from Furnitex come with clear packaging that shows the product code FT-WMC01 printed or labeled on the box itself. The frame should feel solid and uniform in weight—genuine metal construction will not feel hollow or flimsy when you lift it. The vinyl seat covering should be smooth, evenly stitched, and free from air bubbles or loose edges right out of the box.
Counterfeit versions sometimes appear in the market with poorly printed labels, inconsistent metal thickness, or vinyl that tears easily. The genuine chair's wooden grain finish on the metal parts should be evenly applied and not feel rough or sticky to the touch. When you receive your order, open it in good light and inspect the welds on the metal frame—they should be clean and regular, not lumpy or uneven. If you notice any of these warning signs, please contact us immediately with photographs, and we'll arrange a replacement or return.
How to Properly Set Up and Use Your Restaurant Chair
Before you place this chair in your restaurant, café, or dining space, take a few minutes to assemble and inspect it properly. The Wooden Grain Metal Chair arrives largely pre-assembled, but you should check that all connection points are tight. Use a wrench or the included tool to gently firm up any bolts where the seat connects to the frame—not too tight, as over-tightening can crack the vinyl or strip the metal threads. Place the chair on a flat, level surface first to ensure it doesn't rock; if it does, adjust the foot levelers by turning them clockwise or counter-clockwise until all four legs touch the ground evenly.
For daily use, wipe the metal frame regularly with a soft, dry cloth to prevent dust buildup and maintain the natural wood grain appearance. The black vinyl seat should be cleaned weekly with a damp cloth and mild soap—never use harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers, as these can fade the color or scratch the surface. Allow the vinyl to air dry completely before the next use. If you notice any loose bolts after a few weeks of use, check them again and tighten gently. This chair is designed for restaurant and hospitality settings, so it will withstand regular daily use, but proper maintenance will extend its life and keep it looking professional.
Frame Construction and Durability in Your Space
The frame of this chair is constructed from metal with a natural finish that mimics wood grain texturing. This design choice gives the chair a warm, approachable aesthetic while maintaining the durability and ease-of-cleaning that hospitality venues require. The metal construction means the frame will not warp, crack, or absorb moisture the way solid wood can, making it ideal for Bangladesh's humid climate. The natural finish is not a coating that chips or peels—it is applied during the manufacturing process as part of the metal itself, so minor scratches won't expose raw material underneath.
The black vinyl seat is attached firmly to a supportive base beneath, designed to distribute weight evenly and resist sagging over time. Vinyl is a practical choice for restaurant seating because it does not stain as easily as fabric, cleans quickly, and withstands the wear of continuous use. The seat height and back angle are ergonomic enough for a one-to-two-hour dining experience, which is typical for café and casual restaurant settings. If you operate a high-turnover venue or need chairs for extended events, this model is suitable for that purpose when maintained as described above.
Delivery and Receipt of Your Order
Your Wooden Grain Metal Chair will be packed securely to arrive at your address in good condition. We ship through standard nationwide courier services that operate across Bangladesh, and your order will be tracked from our warehouse to your door. When the delivery arrives, inspect the box before accepting it—look for any visible damage such as crushed corners or deep dents that might indicate rough handling. Open the package immediately in good light and check the chair itself for any transport-related damage before signing off on the delivery.
The exact delivery timeframe depends on your location within Bangladesh and current courier schedules. The delivery charge will be calculated based on your postal code and shown before you confirm your purchase. Keep your order number and tracking information until the chair has been received and inspected. If there are any issues with the delivery or the product itself, contact us with photographs and your order details, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
