V80 Led Headlight for Car with 1 Year Warranty (80,000 Lumen) costs ৳6,589 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD. It was previously ৳7,150.
How can you spot a genuine V80 headlight from a counterfeit or recycled unit?
When your V80 LED headlight arrives from ShampooBD, examine the packaging carefully before installation, as counterfeit or refilled units often show signs of tampering that a genuine imported pack will not display. The authentic V80 comes with sealed original packaging bearing clear manufacturer markings, consistent printing quality, and tamper-evident seals that have not been disturbed; if you notice re-glued edges, faded text, or misaligned logos on the box itself, you are likely looking at a repackaged unit rather than a fresh import. Check the connector type and the lens clarity under bright light—genuine units feature consistent optical quality with no internal dust, cloudiness, or visible wear marks on the reflector surface, whereas recycled headlights frequently show scratches, discolouration, or internal condensation that suggests previous use or poor storage conditions.
The product code and batch number on your V80 should be clearly laser-printed onto the housing and match the documentation inside the box; if these details appear hand-written, smudged, or absent entirely, this is a strong warning sign that the unit has been refurbished or relabelled by an unauthorised seller. Ruhan Motors—Soyrav brings stock directly into Bangladesh through verified import channels, so your receipt and the original sealed packaging are your proof of authenticity and your protection under the one-year warranty provided with this product.
What is the correct installation process and which vehicle types does the V80 fit?
The V80 LED headlight is a direct-fit replacement for standard automotive headlight sockets, meaning your installation will depend entirely on knowing your vehicle's make, model year, and existing headlight type before you place your order with us. You must verify compatibility by consulting your car's owner manual or visiting a local workshop in your area, as headlight designs vary significantly between manufacturers and across production years, and ordering the wrong type will result in either a non-functional installation or damage to your vehicle's electrical system. Once you have confirmed the correct specification for your vehicle, the physical installation typically takes less than an hour at any qualified automotive workshop in Dhaka or your region, though labour costs are charged separately by the mechanic and should be discussed with them before you arrange the work.
If you possess intermediate mechanical knowledge and feel confident working with your vehicle's electrical components, you may perform the installation yourself by carefully disconnecting the power, removing the old headlight assembly, and seating the new V80 unit firmly into the socket until it locks into place; however, if you are uncertain at any point, consulting a professional technician is strongly recommended to avoid electrical damage or improper beam alignment that could affect your safety on the road.
How often should the V80 be used and what performance should you expect during your first use?
The V80 LED headlight is designed for regular daily driving use, meaning you can activate it each time you operate your vehicle in low-light conditions, during night driving, or whenever road visibility requires additional illumination without concern for premature wear or reduced lifespan. Unlike older halogen bulbs that accumulate heat stress with extended use, LED technology in the V80 produces minimal thermal output, allowing you to run these lights for extended periods—such as long-distance night drives or frequent evening commutes—while maintaining consistent brightness and reliability over the warranty period. On your first drive after installation, expect the headlight beam to feel noticeably sharper and whiter compared to standard halogen lighting, and you may notice that previously dark road sections, potholes, and obstacles become clearly visible at greater distances ahead of your vehicle.
The transition from older lighting systems to the V80's 80,000 lumen output can initially feel intense, particularly if you have been accustomed to dimmer factory-installed lights, but this brightness advantage is exactly what provides improved safety during night-time navigation on poorly lit roads across Bangladesh where street lighting infrastructure is inconsistent or sparse in many areas.
What maintenance or care does the V80 headlight require during normal use?
Your V80 LED headlight requires minimal ongoing maintenance beyond what you already perform on your vehicle, as the sealed LED housing prevents dust, water, and debris from reaching the optical elements or electrical connections inside the unit. Periodically check that the external lens is clean by gently wiping it with a soft, damp cloth during your routine vehicle maintenance, and ensure that the connector at the rear of the headlight remains dry and free from corrosion by inspecting it every few months, particularly if your vehicle is exposed to heavy rain or coastal humidity in areas around Dhaka or other regions with high moisture levels.
Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the V80 unit yourself, as internal modifications will void your warranty and may create electrical hazards for your vehicle; instead, if the headlight malfunctions or fails during the one-year warranty period, contact ShampooBD with your original receipt and packaging to arrange a warranty claim with Ruhan Motors—Soyrav.
Will the V80 LED headlight work safely with all vehicle electrical systems?
The V80 is engineered as a direct-fit replacement for standard automotive headlight sockets and operates on the same electrical voltage and wattage as factory-installed headlights for the majority of vehicle makes and models currently in use throughout Bangladesh. However, some older vehicles or those with specialized electrical modifications may require additional components such as a CAN-bus adapter or resistor module to prevent warning lights from appearing on your dashboard after installation, and your automotive technician should evaluate your specific vehicle during the installation consultation to identify whether such compatibility accessories are necessary before work begins.
If your vehicle features an advanced lighting control system, automatic headlight leveling, or adaptive beam technology, you must discuss these features with your mechanic before purchasing the V80, as the compatibility of LED replacements with such systems varies by manufacturer and may require professional assessment to ensure safe and reliable operation without triggering error codes in your vehicle's electronic control modules.
What does the one-year warranty cover and how do you claim it if your V80 fails?
Your V80 LED headlight includes a manufacturer's warranty lasting one full year from the date of purchase, and this warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that cause the headlight to fail, dim prematurely, or stop functioning entirely during normal use within the warranty period. To make a claim, retain both your original sales receipt from ShampooBD and the original product packaging, as these documents are essential for verifying your purchase date and product authenticity when you contact Ruhan Motors—Soyrav through ShampooBD to process your warranty claim, which typically involves returning the defective unit and receiving a replacement headlight without additional charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by physical impact, accidents, improper installation by unqualified technicians, water damage from submersion or flooding, or misuse such as connecting the headlight to an incorrect voltage source or deliberately modifying the unit. If your V80 headlight is damaged in a collision, struck by debris on the road, or harmed during removal or installation by a careless mechanic, the one-year warranty will not apply, and you would bear the cost of replacement.
