The Ordinary Matrixyl 10% + HA 30ml costs ৳2,550 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD. It was previously ৳3,150.
How can I verify this is genuine The Ordinary stock, not a refilled bottle?
Authentic Matrixyl 10% + HA arrives in a dark glass bottle with a sealed pump applicator and an intact batch code printed on the label. Check that the batch number matches documentation from ukdirectbd and that the seal shows no signs of tampering or previous opening. Refilled or relabelled packs often have mismatched printing, cloudy glass, or batch codes that don't correspond to The Ordinary's release dates.
What happens when I start using this serum and how often should I apply it?
Begin with a single small pump amount on cleansed skin once daily to assess how your face responds, then gradually increase to twice daily if your skin tolerates it well. Apply the serum to damp skin before moisturiser, allowing it to absorb fully. Most users notice the bottle lasts between four and six weeks of regular application, so expect to reorder based on your actual usage pattern rather than any fixed schedule.
Where and how should I store this 30ml bottle to keep it working properly?
Store the sealed bottle in a cool, dark, dry location away from windowsills, radiators, or humid bathroom cabinets where temperature and moisture fluctuate. Screw the pump cap tightly closed immediately after each use to prevent oxidation and ingredient degradation. A bedroom shelf or a cupboard in a naturally cool room preserves the formula far better than leaving it exposed or in direct heat.
