How can you spot a genuine imported bottle versus a refilled one?

When your parcel arrives, inspect the seal around the dropper cap—it should be intact and show no signs of tampering or previous opening. The label printing must be crisp and the batch code clearly legible; blurry text or peeling labels suggest the bottle has been relabelled. Hold it to light and check that the liquid inside is clear and uniform, with no separation, cloudiness, or particles floating through it.

What is the right way to use this serum and how often should you apply it?

Apply two to three drops onto clean, dry skin once daily as part of your routine; many users prefer evening application after cleansing. Start with once daily for the first week if your skin is sensitive, then adjust based on how your skin responds. A single 30ml bottle lasts roughly six to eight weeks at this frequency, depending on how generously you dispense each time.

What should a first-time user expect in the opening weeks?

Your skin may feel slightly tacky immediately after application, which is normal because of the hyaluronic acid; wait a minute before applying other products. Some users notice subtle shifts in skin texture within two to three weeks of consistent use. Keep the bottle sealed tightly between uses and store it away from heat and direct light to maintain the formula's stability throughout the month.
