How do I know if my bottle is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?

When your TBS Tea Tree Solution arrives, inspect the seal beneath the cap first—genuine imported bottles have an unbroken safety seal that proves no one has opened it before you. Check the label printing closely; authentic packs show sharp, evenly-spaced text with no smudging, bleeding or uneven edges. The batch code on the base must be embossed or laser-printed clearly, never hand-written or sticker-applied, and should match the manufacturing date printed on the label itself.

How much should I use each time, and when will I see results?

Squeeze a coin-sized amount into your palm and work it across your entire body—this concentrated formula needs far less product than regular gel. Use it once or twice daily during your normal wash routine, adjusting to your skin's response over the first two weeks. Most users find this product performs best when used consistently; expect to notice effects after a full week of regular application rather than immediately.

How long does one bottle last, and where should I keep it?

A single 50ml bottle typically lasts three to four weeks with daily personal use, though sharing among household members shortens this timeframe considerably. Store your bottle upright with the cap sealed tightly in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct heat and bathroom steam to preserve the formula's potency. Once opened, keep it closed immediately after each use so the gel does not thicken or separate over time.
