How do I spot a genuine Sundown Naturals pack versus a refilled bottle?
Authentic Sundown Naturals B-12 arrives in a sealed manufacturer's bottle with clear, crisp labeling and an intact safety seal on the cap or neck. Refilled or relabeled packs often show signs of wear on the label, faded printing, loose caps, or mismatched batch codes between the box and bottle itself. Before you open it, check that the packaging feels sturdy, the text is sharp and uniform, and the safety seal shows no tampering or gaps.
What is the right way to take these tablets and how often?
Take one tablet by mouth once daily; you may take it with or without food, though many people prefer it with their morning meal for consistency. Your sixty-tablet bottle will last approximately two months if you follow this daily schedule. Establish a fixed time each day—such as right after breakfast—to make the habit easier to remember.
What should a first-time user expect when starting this supplement?
Most people notice no immediate or dramatic change because B-12 supplementation works gradually to support your normal body functions over weeks. Your body stores excess B-12, so consistent daily use over several weeks allows your system to build reserves. If you have specific health concerns, consult your doctor before starting any new supplement.
