How can you spot a genuine Soap & Glory bottle from a counterfeit refill?

Authentic imported bottles from the UK arrive sealed with tamper-evident packaging that shows no signs of previous opening. The label should be crisp, perfectly aligned, and printed with sharp text—counterfeit packs often have blurry printing or misaligned edges. Check the batch code on the back matches UK manufacturing standards, and feel the bottle weight; genuine 500ml bottles have consistent heft, while refilled versions sometimes feel lighter or unbalanced.

What is the right way to apply this lotion and how often should you use it?

Apply this product to clean, slightly damp skin after showering for best absorption into your skin barrier. You can use it daily on your body wherever you need hydration, massaging gently until it absorbs fully. Most users find one application per shower sufficient, though you may adjust based on your skin's dryness or climate conditions.

What should a first-time user expect when they open this 500ml bottle?
