How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled locally?
Check the seal carefully when your package arrives, as genuine SKIN1004 ampoules come with tamper-proof packaging that shows no signs of reopening. Refilled or relabelled packs often have cloudy liquid, inconsistent labelling print, or batch codes that do not match the official format on the base. Verify the hologram and embossing on the bottle itself, then compare the batch number with SKIN1004's official records if you have any doubt.
What is the right way to apply this ampoule and how often should I use it?
Dispense 2–3 drops onto clean, damp skin and pat gently until absorbed, using it as a targeted treatment rather than an all-over essence. First-time users should apply once or twice weekly in the evening to let their skin adjust to the concentrated formula without irritation. Most people find that one bottle lasts 4–6 weeks depending on usage frequency and the area you treat.
What should a new user expect in the first few weeks?
Your skin may feel slightly different as it adapts to the potent centella concentrate, but this is normal for ampoule products. Results typically become noticeable after two to three weeks of consistent use, though individual responses vary based on skin type. If redness or stinging persists beyond the first application, space out usage and consult a dermatologist.
- 30ml concentrated centella ampoule imported directly from official SKIN1004 distributor.
