How can I spot a real imported pack from a fake refill?
A genuine SENSODYNE PRONAMEL tube from the UK arrives with clear, crisp printing on the packaging and a sealed cap that has never been opened. The batch code and expiry date should be printed sharply on the back or base, not smudged or hand-written, and the tube itself must feel firm and properly constructed. If the seal is loose, the printing looks faded, or the cap does not click shut with a tight resistance, the pack has likely been refilled or relabelled locally.
How much should I use and how often should I brush?
Squeeze only a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush for each brushing session, using it twice daily for best results. Brush gently for two full minutes each time, morning and evening, allowing the Active Shield formula to work on your tooth surface. Most users see consistent results within two to three weeks of this routine, though some notice softer brushing feels right from day one.
What should a first-time user expect from this toothpaste?
Your first tube will last roughly four to six weeks with twice-daily brushing by one adult, depending on how much paste you apply with each brush. Early users often report a smoother tooth feel after the first week and a stronger, more protected sensation after regular use over several weeks. Store the tube in a cool, dry place with the cap tightly closed between brushes to keep it fresh throughout its shelf life.
