How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled?

Genuine Palmers Coco Butter arrives with an unbroken seal under the flip cap, and the label text is crisp and properly aligned on the bottle. Check that the batch code and manufacturing date are embossed or clearly printed on the bottom—refilled packs often have smudged or missing information. The lotion inside should be uniform in color with no separation, cloudiness, or grainy texture when you hold it to the light.

What is the right way to apply this lotion and how often?

Apply Palmers Coco Butter to clean, dry skin by rubbing a small amount evenly across your body until it absorbs. Most users find morning and evening application keeps skin comfortable and soft throughout the day and night. Start with less product than you think you need, since a little goes a long way with cocoa butter formulas.

How long will one bottle last my household?

A single person using this lotion twice daily will use one 250ml bottle in roughly three weeks of steady application. If two or three people in your home share the bottle, expect it to last between ten and fourteen days. Buying multiple bottles at once ensures you never run short and helps you plan your skincare budget ahead of time.
