How do I know this jar is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?

When your Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula arrives, examine the jar's base for a clear expiry date printed directly into the plastic. Authentic imported packs from ukdirectbd have uniform colour throughout the container with no seams or signs of reopening. The lid should seal with consistent resistance and the butter inside must feel smooth without any grainy texture or separation that suggests repackaging.

What's the right way to apply this butter and how often should I use it?

Massage a small amount onto clean, slightly damp skin after bathing when your body absorbs moisture most effectively. Apply it daily to areas prone to dryness like elbows, knees and hands for best results within two to three weeks of regular use. First-time users notice gradual softening rather than immediate transformation, so patience and consistency matter more than quantity.

How long will this 315ml jar last my household?

One jar typically lasts a single person four to six weeks with daily application across arms and legs since the formula spreads efficiently. Families using it together after bathing can expect the container to last two to three weeks depending on how many people share it. Store it sealed in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct heat to maintain its texture and prevent premature drying out.
