How do I know this pack is genuinely imported and not refilled locally?
Authentic Nutravita B12 from the UK arrives with an unbroken factory seal and original labelling that shows no signs of tampering or re-gluing. Check the batch code printed on the base of the bottle—genuine packs have codes that match Nutravita's production records, not hand-written or sticker labels applied afterward. If the seal looks disturbed, the label edges are loose, or text appears fuzzy or misaligned, the bottle has likely been opened and refilled in Bangladesh rather than imported unopened.
What is the right way to take these tablets and what should I expect as a new user?
Take one tablet by mouth each day with food, ideally at the same time each morning, and swallow it whole without crushing or splitting. Most people notice no immediate change because B12 works gradually to support your body's normal functions over weeks, not days. If you have never taken B12 supplements before, your body may simply begin to feel its baseline energy return rather than a dramatic shift.
How long will one bottle last and where should I store it at home?
This pack contains 365 tablets, providing one full year of daily dosing if you take exactly one tablet per day without skipping. Store the sealed bottle in a cool, dark cupboard away from moisture and direct heat—never in a steamy bathroom or sunny windowsill. Once you open it, keep the cap tightly closed between doses so your year's supply remains stable for all twelve months.
