How can I spot a genuine Now Foods bottle from a refilled copy?
Authentic Now Foods Vitamin D-3 arrives with a factory seal around the bottle neck that shows no signs of tampering or rough edges. The label print should be crisp and centered, with batch and expiry dates stamped clearly in uniform ink, never handwritten or faded. Open the bottle carefully—genuine softgels feel firm and uniform in pale yellow color, never sticky, clumped, or discolored inside.
What is the right way to take this supplement daily?
Take one softgel by mouth each day with food and water; this simple routine helps your body absorb it steadily. First-time users often feel no immediate change, which is normal—vitamin supplements work gradually over weeks and months of consistent use. Keep taking it the same time each morning or with lunch so you develop a habit and never miss a dose.
How should I store this bottle once I bring it home?
Place the sealed bottle in your medicine cabinet or a cool shelf away from kitchen heat, bathroom steam, and direct window light. Make sure the cap closes tight after you remove each softgel, because air and moisture can damage what remains inside the bottle. Check the expiry date printed on the label before you start, and discard any softgels after that date has passed.
