How can you spot a genuine Now Foods bottle from a counterfeit one?
A real Now Foods Vitamin D-3 bottle has a professionally printed label with sharp, consistent text and the company's trademark logo clearly visible. Check the seal at the cap—it should be intact and unbroken when the box arrives, with no signs of tampering or rough edges around the threads. Counterfeit packs often show blurry printing, misspelled words, or loose seals that suggest the bottle was opened and refilled with cheaper or expired stock.
What is the right way to take these softgels and what should you expect?
Take one softgel daily with food to help your body absorb it properly; swallow it whole with water and do not chew it. Most people notice no immediate change because vitamin D works gradually over weeks, so patience is important when you start. If you have never used a vitamin D supplement before, your body simply adjusts to the routine without side effects for most users.
How long does one bottle last and how should you store it at home?
A 120-softgel bottle supplies one person for four months at the standard once-daily dose, making it a practical middle option for regular users. Keep the sealed cap tightly closed between uses and store the bottle in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight to preserve freshness. Stored correctly, an unopened bottle remains good for years, and even after opening it lasts the full four-month period if you follow storage rules.
