How do I know this bottle is genuinely from NOW Foods?
When your order arrives, examine the sealed bottle carefully before opening it. Authentic NOW packs from ukdirectbd carry consistent printing, a tamper-evident seal, and a batch code printed clearly on the label—never hand-written or smudged. If the seal shows signs of resealing, the label feels loose, or batch information is missing, contact us immediately with photos.
How should I take these tablets and what should I expect?
Take one tablet daily with food to support absorption and minimize any stomach sensitivity. Most people notice no immediate change; consistent use over weeks is what matters for this type of supplement. First-time users should start with one tablet and observe how their body responds before adjusting frequency.
What's the best way to store and preserve these tablets?
Keep your bottle in a cool cupboard away from heat, humidity, and direct light—a bedroom drawer or pantry shelf works perfectly. Always close the cap tightly after each use and inspect the seal monthly to ensure no moisture has entered. If you notice any tablet discoloration or moisture inside, stop use and reach out to us with details.
