How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled?
When your order arrives, the seal around the bottle cap should be unbroken and factory-tight, with no signs of tampering or previous opening. Counterfeit packs often have loose caps, blurry printed labels, or spelling mistakes on the SPF 30 and broad-spectrum text. Check the batch code printed on the bottle base—genuine Neutrogena packs from abroad have clear, consistent coding that matches official records.
How much should I apply and how often each day?
Apply enough sunscreen to cover all exposed skin generously, reapplying every two hours if you remain outdoors or after swimming or sweating heavily. For daily indoor and light outdoor use, one application each morning before leaving home is a reasonable starting point for most people. First-time users often find the dry-touch formula absorbs within minutes without leaving tackiness, so it pairs well under moisturizer or makeup without disrupting your routine.
What should I expect when I first use this sunscreen?
Your skin should feel lightweight and smooth immediately after application, with no sticky residue or white cast typical of thicker formulas. Within the first week of regular use, you will notice the product dries quickly and sits invisibly beneath other skincare steps. Most users find one bottle lasts approximately ten to twelve weeks with daily morning application across face and body areas.
