Maltesers Chocolate 150g costs ৳1,215 in Bangladesh. It is in stock and ships cash on delivery nationwide from Shampoo BD.
How can I be sure this pack has not been refilled or relabelled locally?
Imported chocolate arriving in Bangladesh sometimes faces counterfeiting, where sellers empty genuine packs, refill them with lower-grade chocolate, and reseal the packaging so closely that spotting the swap becomes difficult without knowing what to inspect. When your Maltesers 150g pack arrives from ShampooBD, the box should show no signs of tampering along the seams, the foil wrapping inside should be factory-sealed and crisp, and any creasing or irregular gluing on the cardboard outer wrapper should raise immediate concern because genuine retail imports arrive in pristine condition from the manufacturer. Our import desk sources directly, and every pack we send passes through hands that know what authentic Maltesers packaging feels and looks like, so you receive chocolate that travelled sealed from the factory floor.
What is the right way to enjoy this chocolate, and how much should I eat at once?
Maltesers are malt balls coated in milk chocolate, designed to be eaten a handful at a time or one by one as you prefer, since there is no strict serving size and the pleasure lies in how you choose to consume them. A 150g pack contains roughly twenty to twenty-five individual balls depending on their size, making it suitable for one person to nibble over several days, or for a small household to share across a week when stored correctly. You might keep them in a cool cupboard, enjoy them chilled from the fridge where they become firmer and the chocolate sets differently on your tongue, or even let them sit at room temperature for a softer melt; none of these approaches will harm the product as long as you do not leave them in direct sunlight or in a parked car during Dhaka's hotter months.
What should a first-time buyer expect in terms of flavour and texture when opening the pack?
If you have never tasted Maltesers before, you are opening a box containing spheres that are mostly airy malt centre surrounded by a coating of milk chocolate, which means the texture is unexpectedly light and crispy rather than dense, and the flavour combines a subtle toasted malt undertone with straightforward chocolate sweetness that does not overpower. The balls are small enough to pop whole into your mouth where they dissolve quickly, leaving a clean finish on your palate without any sticky residue, and this combination of lightness and ease of eating is what makes them popular across ages and preferences. When you break one open before eating, you will see the honeycomb-like malt structure inside, which is entirely normal and proves you have received genuine Maltesers rather than a counterfeit substitute.
Are there any reasons why someone should avoid eating this product?
Maltesers contain milk and may contain traces of nuts due to shared manufacturing equipment, so anyone with a milk allergy or severe nut sensitivity must not consume them and should check the full allergen statement on the pack before opening. The product is also not suitable for people following a vegan diet because of the milk chocolate coating, and those managing their sugar intake should be mindful that chocolate confectionery is inherently sweet and calorie-dense. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or health conditions that affect what you can eat, reading the ingredient and allergen information on the rear of the pack is essential, and consulting a healthcare provider if you are uncertain is always the safest approach.
How quickly will this arrive at my address, and is the price I see on this page the actual amount I will pay?
The price displayed on this ShampooBD page is the exact price of the chocolate itself, and you will also see any delivery charge calculated separately at checkout depending on your location within Bangladesh, so there are no hidden costs added after you place your order. Delivery times vary by region; orders dispatched to Dhaka and nearby areas typically arrive within one to two working days, whilst orders to more distant divisions may take longer, and ShampooBD will provide a specific delivery window once your order is confirmed. Cash on delivery is available on most orders, meaning you can inspect the pack when it arrives and pay the courier only once you are satisfied the seal is intact and the product meets your expectations.
What should I do if the pack arrives damaged, or if I suspect it has been tampered with before reaching me?
Open your parcel in good light and examine the outer box for signs of crushing or aggressive handling, then check that the foil seal inside is completely unbroken and that all printed information on the packaging is crisp and aligned correctly, because any deviation from these standards warrants immediate contact with ShampooBD support. If you have doubts about what you have received or if the pack shows any evidence of being opened and resealed, photograph the packaging clearly and reach out to the shop through the WhatsApp contact on this page before consuming any of the chocolate, and ShampooBD will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund. The expiry date printed on the pack is the ultimate guide to freshness; if your pack has an expiry date that is uncomfortably close or already past, do not consume it and notify the shop immediately because every pack sent out should have a reasonable shelf life remaining.
