How can you spot a genuine imported tube from a fake or refilled one?

Counterfeit packs sold in Bangladesh often come with tampered seals or misaligned printing on the box and tube. Check that the batch code printed on the tube base matches the box label, and feel for a factory seal that sits flush and unbroken around the cap. If the seal shows signs of reopening, the printing looks blurry, or the cardboard feels thin and flimsy, the pack has likely been refilled or relabelled by someone other than L'Oréal.

What is the right way to use this moisturiser, and how often should you apply it?

Use a pea-sized amount each morning and evening on clean, dry facial skin, gently pressing it in until it vanishes into the skin. A single 50ml tube lasts roughly four months when used twice daily on the face and neck alone. First-time users may notice their skin feels smoother within a week, though consistent use over several weeks brings the most visible results.

What should you expect from your first month of daily use?

Your skin may feel slightly tighter or drier in the first few days as it adjusts to the new formula, then hydration levels typically improve by week two. The moisturiser absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy or sticky residue on your face. If your skin remains irritated after two weeks of regular use, switch to alternate-day application and allow your skin time to adapt.

• Fifty millilitre size provides approximately four months of twice-daily facial use.
• Absorbs quickly without leaving greasy residue or oily buildup on your skin.
• Verify batch code and factory seal to confirm genuine imported pack authenticity.
