How do I know if this pack is genuine and not refilled or relabelled?
When you receive your Kodomo Baby Bath Gentle Soft 200ml, examine the outer packaging carefully for signs of tampering, uneven sealing, or poor print quality that would suggest the pack has been opened and refilled at some point after manufacture. Genuine imported packs arrive with factory seals intact, crisp labelling without smudges or colour variation, and a batch code printed directly onto the container that matches the outer box, whereas refilled or relabelled versions often show mismatched codes, loose labels, or inconsistent font weights across the printing.
Our import desk brings this product in through direct channels and verifies each batch before dispatch, so the pack you receive has travelled sealed from the factory to our warehouse to your home without being opened or decanted into another container at any stage along the way. Check that the seal has not been disturbed, the hologram or security feature (if present) is sharp and properly positioned, and the expiry date is printed clearly in a format matching the manufacturer's standard for that batch.
What is the correct way to use this baby bath product, and how often should I use it?
Pour a small amount of the Kodomo Baby Bath Gentle Soft onto a soft cloth, sponge, or directly into warm water, then gently cleanse your baby's skin with light circular motions, taking care to keep the product away from your baby's eyes and mouth during washing. Work the bath liquid through the hair if you are using it as a shampoo, then rinse thoroughly with clean running water until no trace of the product remains on the skin or scalp.
For frequency, follow the guidance printed on the pack itself, as the manufacturer specifies how often this formulation is intended to be used, and your own baby's skin condition and daily activity level will also guide how frequently bathing is needed. Most families find a 200ml pack lasts several weeks with regular use, making it practical to keep a backup at home so you never run out unexpectedly.
What should a first-time user expect when starting with this product?
Your baby's skin may feel soft and clean immediately after use, and you should notice that the gentle formulation creates a light lather that rinses away easily without leaving a residue or film on the skin. The product has a mild scent typical of baby care ranges, and the 200ml size allows you to try it over a reasonable period before deciding whether it suits your baby's skin.
If your baby has particularly sensitive or reactive skin, introduce the product gradually by using it once and observing how the skin responds over the following day, rather than changing your entire routine at once, so you can clearly identify whether any reaction is linked to this specific product or to another factor in your baby's environment.
Are there any situations where I should avoid using this product?
Do not use this bath product if your baby has a known allergy to any ingredient listed on the pack, and always read the full ingredient list before the first use, particularly if your baby has experienced reactions to other personal care products in the past. If your baby has a diagnosed skin condition, a rash, open wounds, or any other dermatological concern, consult with your doctor or a health worker before introducing any new product, as professional guidance is essential when your baby's skin health is involved.
Keep the product away from your baby's eyes, ears, and mouth during washing, and discontinue use immediately if redness, irritation, or discomfort appears after application, then seek professional medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen.
How quickly will this pack arrive at my home, and what payment options are available?
The delivery time depends on your location within Bangladesh, with urban areas typically receiving orders more quickly than remote regions, and the exact timeframe will be calculated when you place your order based on your postcode and the courier network serving your address. Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders, meaning the courier will wait while you inspect the sealed pack and you can pay at your door without sending payment in advance.
The price shown on this page is the final price you will pay, with no additional charges hidden until checkout, and any delivery fee that applies to your location will be displayed clearly before you confirm your purchase, so you always know the total cost before committing to the order.
What should I know about storage and expiry dates for this product?
Store this baby bath in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat, and follow any storage instructions printed on the pack itself, as the manufacturer provides specific guidance based on the formulation's stability. Before using the product on your baby, check the expiry date printed on the pack or container, and never use the product after the date specified, even if it looks or smells normal.
Every pack that leaves our warehouse has been checked to ensure it has a valid shelf life remaining, so you will receive a product with time to use it, but always perform your own check when the parcel arrives and contact us immediately if the date is uncomfortably close to expiry, in which case we will send a replacement pack with a longer shelf life at no cost to you.
