How do I know if my pack is genuine Himalaya, not refilled locally?
Genuine imported Himalaya packs arrive with intact security seals on the outer box and the inner bottle. Check that the printed label shows sharp, clear text with no smudging or colour bleeding, and verify the batch number and expiry date are embossed or printed consistently. If the seal looks loose, the label feels glued on top of an older one, or the batch code appears hand-written, the pack has likely been refilled or relabelled after import.
How should I take these tablets and what should I expect as a new user?
Follow the dosage instructions printed on your bottle's label, taking tablets with plain water as directed. Most people take them consistently for several weeks before noticing any changes, so patience matters more than expecting immediate results. If you have existing health conditions or take other medicines, check with your doctor before starting, since herbal supplements can interact with certain medications.
What storage mistakes damage these tablets before I even open them?
Your tablets spoil fastest in humid kitchens, steamy bathrooms, or direct sunlight on a windowsill. Keep the sealed bottle in a cool bedroom cupboard or dark corner away from heat sources, and never open the cap until you are ready to take a dose. Once opened, seal the cap firmly each time to stop moisture creeping in and degrading your supply.
