How can you spot a genuine Garnier bottle from a counterfeit refill?
When your package arrives, examine the bottle carefully for signs of tampering or poor quality sealing. A genuine Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water in Oil has a factory-intact cap with a protective shrink band, sharp printed labels with correct spelling, and a batch code that matches the carton. If the seal looks loose, the label feels uneven, or text appears blurry, you may have received a refilled or relabelled bottle—contact us immediately for a replacement.
What is the right way to use this micellar oil cleanser?
Pour a small amount onto a soft cotton pad and gently sweep it across your face, neck, and eye area without tugging. You need only a few millilitres per application; this product requires no rinsing, so simply let your skin air-dry after use. Most users apply it once each evening to dissolve makeup and daily buildup, though you can use it morning and night if your skin feels heavy with oil or residue.
What should a first-time user expect from this product?
Your skin may feel smoother and lighter within the first week as the oil-based formula begins breaking down stubborn makeup effectively. Some users notice their cotton pads fill with colour and debris on initial applications—this is normal and shows the cleanser working. A 100ml bottle typically lasts one person between four and five months with nightly use, so you'll notice gradual improvement in your cleansing routine over time.
