How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled?

Genuine Eucerin Baby Body Lotion arrives with a sealed cap and unbroken plastic wrapping around the neck. The label should be crisp and clearly printed with batch numbers that match the box exterior. If the seal shows signs of tampering or the label feels loose, the bottle may have been opened and refilled before reaching you.

How should I apply this lotion and how often?

Use a small amount the size of a pea on your fingertips and smooth it gently across your baby's skin after bathing. Apply once or twice daily depending on your baby's skin dryness and the season. The lotion works best when skin is slightly damp, helping it absorb without leaving a sticky feel on your child's body.

What should a first-time user expect from this product?

Your baby's skin may feel softer within the first few days of regular use as the lotion settles into the routine. Some families notice less dryness or irritation after one week of consistent application after baths. One 400ml bottle typically lasts several weeks for one child when used daily, so you will see how your baby responds before needing to reorder.
