How do I know if my imported jar is genuine?
When your Dr Organic night cream arrives, check that the seal sits flush under the cap with no gaps or visible tampering. The label text should be crisp and aligned, not crooked or blurry, and the batch code on the base must match the box printing exactly. If the cream smells off, looks grainy, or the packaging feels flimsy compared to professional retail standards, contact our support team before opening it.
What's the right way to use this night cream?
Apply a small amount—roughly a chickpea-sized portion—to clean, dry skin each evening before bed, gently patting it across your face and neck. Your skin will absorb it overnight while you sleep, so you need not wait or rinse it off in the morning. First-time users often see results within two to three weeks of consistent nightly use.
Will my skin feel different when I start using it?
Your face may feel slightly richer or more hydrated by morning, especially if your skin was previously dry or tight at night. Some people experience a gentle settling-in period of a few days as their skin adjusts to the cream's weight and texture. If redness, itching, or irritation develops beyond this adjustment window, stop use and seek medical advice before continuing.
