How do I spot a genuine Dr.Althea tube versus a refilled copy?
Counterfeit or repackaged tubes often show inconsistent printing, uneven label placement, or blurry text compared to the original. Check that the tube cap threads smoothly onto the nozzle, the seal is factory-intact, and batch codes match the date format printed on the box. If you notice loose labelling, mismatched colours between the tube and outer carton, or a cap that feels cheap or gritty when you twist it, the pack may not be authentic.
What is the right way to apply this cream and how often should I use it?
Dr.Althea 345 Relief Cream is designed for topical facial application; dispense a pea-sized amount onto clean, dry skin and gently press it in using your fingertips until absorbed. Most users apply it once or twice daily as part of their skincare routine, though your own skin may need a different rhythm. Start with once daily to see how your skin responds, then adjust frequency based on what feels comfortable for your face.
What should a first-time user expect in the first few weeks?
New users often notice subtle changes over two to three weeks of regular use rather than dramatic overnight shifts, which is normal for face creams. Your skin texture, feel, or appearance may shift gradually as your skin adjusts to the formula. If any irritation develops, reduce how often you use it or pause and consult a dermatologist before continuing.
