How do I know this bottle is genuine and not refilled?
When your parcel arrives, check that the seal around the cap has never been broken and shows no signs of tampering or damage. Genuine Cos De BAHA bottles come with consistent labelling, proper printing quality, and a secure dropper mechanism that moves smoothly without sticking. If the liquid looks cloudy, smells off, or the label feels loose or poorly adhered, contact us immediately before use.
What is the right way to apply this serum and how often?
Use just two to three drops on completely dry facial skin each evening after your normal cleansing routine, gently patting the serum in with your fingertips. Start with this amount and increase only if your skin feels comfortable, as bakuchiol and retinol can feel strong during your first week. Most users settle into a steady rhythm within two weeks as their skin adjusts to the active ingredients.
How should I store this at home and what should I expect first?
Keep your 30ml bottle in a cool, dark cupboard away from heat and direct sunlight, always with the cap sealed tight after each use to prevent oxidation. Your first application may cause mild tingling or slight redness, which usually fades within minutes and lessens over several days. One bottle typically lasts a full month when used nightly, and you should see your skin settling into the routine by week three.
