How do you spot a genuine Blackmores bottle versus a refilled one?
Authentic Blackmores Lecithin arrives in a sealed bottle with a tamper-evident band around the cap that shows no signs of tampering or resealing. The label should be crisp, clearly printed, and feature Blackmores' official branding with no smudging, peeling edges, or misaligned text. Inside, all 100 capsules must be uniform in color and size; if capsules look discolored, crushed, or vary in appearance, the pack may have been refilled or stored improperly by an unauthorized seller.
What is the correct way to take this supplement and how often?
You should take one capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably alongside a meal to aid absorption and minimize any stomach sensitivity. Most people find it easiest to include their daily dose with breakfast or lunch as part of their routine, which helps them remember consistently. New users may notice subtle effects over several weeks rather than immediately, so patience and steady daily use matter more than occasional higher doses.
How long does one bottle last and how should you store it?
A single 100-capsule bottle provides a full month's supply for one person taking one capsule per day; your household member can use it reliably for that timeframe. Keep the bottle in a cool, dry cupboard away from direct heat, sunlight, and moisture, and always seal the cap tightly after each use to protect the capsules from degradation. Stored this way at room temperature, your supply remains effective through its printed expiry date without risk of spoilage.
